Peekabooth.pics provides events picture booth rental services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our services at any time without prior notice.

Booking: To book our services, you must provide accurate and complete information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings at our discretion.

Payment: Payment terms will be provided at the time of booking. By making a payment, you agree to the pricing and terms associated with your booking.

Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellation and refund policies will be outlined at the time of booking. Please review these policies carefully.

4. Use of Services

Permitted Use: You may use our services for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to engage in any conduct that could harm Peekabooth.pics, its users, or third parties.  This includes but is not limited to: 

Interfering with or disrupting our services.  

Using our services to distribute harmful or illegal content.  Violating any applicable laws or regulations.

5. Intellectual Property

Ownership: Peekabooth.pics retains all rights, title, and interest in and to our services and all related content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software.

License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services for their intended purpose. This license does not permit you to copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our services.

6. Media Release

By using our services, you consent to the capture and use of photos and videos taken at your event.  You grant Peekabooth.pics the right to use these media files for promotional and marketing purposes. If you do not wish for your images to be used, please inform us in writing prior to your event.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peekabooth.pics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

Your use or inability to use our services.

Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services.

Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our services by any third party.

Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the services.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Peekabooth.pics, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our services or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Jersey for the resolution of any disputes.
